Half-Million Square Feet of Warehouses Being Developed in Burlington County
Dermody Properties, which develops warehouses across the country, is acquiring two parcels of land in Lumberton and Mt. Laurel, Burlington County, where it will build new distribution facilities under its LogistiCenter℠ brand. The two sites will add about 600,000 square feet of warehouse space in the county.
