Opposition to Trump and Musk’s Cuts at NJ Protest
Some 300-400 protestors marched near Republican Rep. Jeff Van Drew’s Atlantic County district office here Thursday afternoon to oppose moves by President Donald Trump and Elon Musk, head of the so-called “Department of Government Efficiency” or DOGE to make sweeping cuts to federal employment, funding, and programs supporting social safety nets.
