Randy Alexander, president of Randex Public Relations and a 20-year veteran of the music publicity industry whose clients included music legends Bobby Rydell, Robert Hazzard, Deep Purple, Joe Piscopo, Randy Bachman, the Amazing Kreskin, the Steve Miller Band, and many others, died at home Sunday after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 62.
