EDISON, NJ (SBN) — Employers have to be more willing to listen to employees to ensure they are dealing with mental health challenges due to stress from the pandemic and other societal and cultural events that can affect their moods, says Stephanie Marcello, Ph.D., assistant vice president of Academics, Integration and Innovation at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.

Dr. Marcello was one of six presenters at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s “Insights and Outlooks” conference held here March 10.
