New Jersey Future Executive Director Peter Kasabach on SBN Newsmakers Show

TRENTON, NJ (SBN) — “Making New Jersey more affordable in the short term is good, but making changes that will keep it affordable are better,” said New Jersey Future Executive Director Peter Kasabach. Kasabach’s comments came after Gov. Phil Murphy delivered his 2022 budget message to the New Jersey state legislature.

Kasabach is this week’s guest on the SBN Newsmakers TV Show, hosted by SBN news director Steve Lubetkin. He discusses the key budget priorities that seem positive, and mentions several initiatives that New Jersey Future believes should get more attention — and more funding — from the state.

Founded in 1987, New Jersey Future is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that promotes sensible and equitable growth, redevelopment, and infrastructure investments to foster healthy, strong, resilient communities; protect natural lands and waterways; increase transportation choices beyond cars; provide access to safe, affordable, and aging-friendly neighborhoods; and fuel a strong economy for everyone.
