PITTSBURGH, PA (SBN) – Clean-air advocates are urging Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf to beef up his administration’s proposed methane rule by closing the loophole for low-producing wells, which are responsible for more than half of the state’s methane emissions, and requiring frequent and regular inspections.
