Infrastructure Investments Could Benefit Appalachia, Report Says

HARRISBURG, PA (SBN) – A coalition of labor, community and environmental groups has released a plan to use federal investments in climate infrastructure to transform Appalachia into a sustainable economy it says would work for everyone. In a new report,  ReImagine Appalachia outlines how federal climate infrastructure investments can benefit the Appalachian region by creating well-paid union jobs, including nearly 250,000 in Pennsylvania.  Correspondent Steve Lubetkin has more in this audio news report.
