Report Calls for Banning Exclusionary Discipline in Pennsylvania Schools

PHILADELPHIA, PA (SBN) – A recent report to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights documents the impact or disparities in exclusionary discipline on students of color, students with disabilities and LGBTQ students in Pennsylvania public schools, and recommends banning exclusionary discipline for nonviolent offenses in Pennsylvania public schools.
