Pennsylvania Judge Rules School Funding Lawsuit May Continue

HARRISBURG, PA (SBN) — Calling the issue a matter of “great public importance,” a Pennsylvania judge has ruled that parents challenging the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s school-funding system are entitled to their day in court. According to Maura McInerney, with the Education Law Center, the ruling means that all plaintiffs in the suit, including those whose children have graduated from high school since the case was filed in 2014, can continue to pursue their case.
