On the July 12, 2019 episode of The CRE News Hour, we speak with Dan Palmier, CEO of UC Funds, about his company’s approach to real estate finance, we’ll have a conversation with John Sebree of Marcus & Millichap about the controversy over rent control in Chicago, we look at how net lease real estate is doing in the Motor City with Michael Carter of SRS Real Estate Partners, and we’ll chat with Julie Chase, managing director of public relations for Streetsense, an agency that has an unusual joint venture arrangement with CBRE.

Correction, 7/24/2019, 2:14 p.m.: An earlier version of this story incorrectly rendered the name of Julie Chase’s agency. It is Streetsense, not Street Sense.
