“We are thrilled to be partnering with a news organization that has the reputation of GlobeSt.com,” says Lubetkin. “This news gathering and reporting relationship demonstrates the online evolution of journalism perfectly, where a seasoned journalist with audio and video production capabilities can partner with a news organization to produce valuable news coverage for the readership of that news organization. It doesn’t matter if the content is delivered in textual, visual, or audio format, we need to be able to fill that need, and journalism sites that understand this, like GlobeSt.com, will prosper and grow.”

Lubetkin’s journalism background extends back to the 1970s in daily newspapers and radio news gathering in Central New Jersey. Since 1996, he has been the computer columnist for the Jewish Community Voice of Southern New Jersey. He joined the publication’s masthead as a member of its management board in 2004 and in 2014 was elected a vice president. He chairs the publication’s technology committee and has played a key role in moving Voice content into online channels.

Lubetkin invites commercial real estate market participants in NJ and Philadelphia to provide information on their activities via email at steve@statebroadcastnews.com.
